My Bullet Journal Essentials

When one gets into bullet journaling trying out a bunch of stationery becomes part of the process of developing the perfect bullet journaling system for you. In this post, I will be mentioning my day to day bullet journal essentials. If you are interested in developing your bullet journal system, I recommend you check out my post on how I started bullet journaling and my recommendations. As you can see in the picture, I have a Frozen binder pencil bag I got for like a dollar and I find that it works well enough to carry all my supplies.

Life Monthly Planning for March 2020

March has come and I’m honestly really excited about all the things I have planned to do throughout the month. Here we have my Life Monthly Planning for March. In this series of posts I go through all of my life goals: yearly, quarterly and monthly to set up my goals for the upcoming month and determine a focus for the whole month. I will also be migrating every to-do that wasn’t done the previous month in my master to-do list for March’s Bullet Journal.

March 2020 Bullet Journal Set Up-Bees and Hexagons

Guys! February went by so far!!! We are already at the end of the first quarter of the year in this new decade which is kind of insane. I am excited for this March 2020 Bullet Journal Setup. At first, I wasn’t sure if I would have a theme for my bullet journal but in the end, I chose a theme that I like and find quite inspiring to have throughout the month. I chose Bees and Geometric Figures for this month’s theme as I found it was fitting to celebrate such a hardworking element in nature as a bee as well as use the classic hexagons to represent honeycombs and kind of the month of math as we celebrate Pi Day on the fourth. Also, I used blues and purples because I read somewhere that bees are attracted to those colors.

Getting My Life Together-February 2020

February is here and I wanted to make sure to review and start getting my life together on a monthly basis! I feel like January went on so slow but at the same time, I can’t believe we are already in the second month of the year. This February is extra special not only for being the first February of the decade but for also having an extra day which is convenient when you have a lot of things planned for the month. I have quite a few things planned for this month as I will be focusing it on self-love and care and want to establish a bunch of great habits for my emotional and physical health. I changed and added a lot of stuff since my January Life Plan With Me because I soon realized that I needed to plan more stuff than I had previously foreseen. I will go into my goals for the month, extra to do’s as well as creative project planning and goal setting.

February 2020 Self Love and Care Bullet Journal Set Up

February is a great month to reflect on giving yourself, love. For that reason, I decided to focus my month on developing a self-care routine and themed my bullet journal accordingly. I will be creating my usual functional planning spreads filled with self-care and valentine’s doodles. I also will be adding some extra spreads dedicated to self-care/ love and friendship because I also like to make little gifts for my friends. Don’t worry, I will talk about Valentine’s Day gift ideas in a future post before the fourteenth.

January Life Plan With Me

As a way to keep myself accountable for all of my goals for the new year as well as deadlines for assignments and to-do’s, I decided to form a sort of monthly planning system that I hope will work for this new year. During this planning session, I will be keeping in mind all of my goals and any important days I need to set out for this specific month. As the month passes, I will be reviewing this planning method to take out the things that I didn’t use and adding the things that I believe I need for the coming month. If you want to see more of this sort of planning, make sure to comment it down below. I will be doing most of this planning in my 2020 bullet journal.

January 2020 Bullet Journal Set-Up

We are finally heading into the January 2020 Bullet Journal Plan With Me. I am so excited about this month's theme! I chose the Naruto anime series for this month's theme because this series has so many life lessons built in it that are taught through these kids and beings that have gone through so much stuff and keep going no matter whatever life throws at them. They all went from "zero to hero" several times in the series and the world and the hearts of the characters are so well developed that you can only love them. I find that there’s no better way to start this new decade aside from being reminded to keep going and working hard to get to your dreams because they indeed can come true. If you haven’t watched the series I recommend you check it out, it is definitely worth watching.

2020 Bullet Journal Set-Up

In this blog post, I will finally show you my 2020 bullet journal setup. I have been planning this bullet journal setup for about six months thinking of what journal I wanted to use, or in this case, how I was going to build my bullet journal and the spreads that were going to welcome this new decade and amazing year that is going to be 2020. In the picture above, you will be able to see the journal I handmade. It is a hardcover 304 page half-letter sized journal. I did a kettle-stitch to sew signatures (pages) that I learned how to do in a tutorial by Sea Lemon on YouTube which I will make sure to link. It is a great tutorial and easy to follow. Keep in mind, I didn’t follow it to the point on the following videos teaching how to make a hardcover style journal and did some things differently because I had to replace some of the supplies she used because I didn't have them at hand, so I would recommend you, either way, check it out if you are interested in creating your own journals. Also, if you are interested in me to make a whole blog post on how I created mine, comment down below so that I can add it to my future content calendar.
