DIY Jewelry Box – Mother’s Day Gift Ideas

Mother’s Day is literally right around the corner. I love holidays and birthdays and making gifts for those special dates for the special people in my life. I decided that one of my gifts for my mom on Mother’s Day will be a jewelry box because I thought that it would be the perfect thing she could reach for her favorite jewelry. Star Wars Stationery DIYs

Hi guys! Happy Star Wars Day a.k.a. May the Fourth Be With You! I hope you have an amazing day filled with Star Wars adventures (movies, books, and series). To celebrate this day, I wanted to make some crafts at home with supplies that I had at hand. I also used a bunch of recyclable supplies like water bottles and cardboard/cardstock from the packaging. DIY Stationery Booklet

As a celebration of craft month, I decided to do a little crafting project with some extra supplies I had at hand with nothing to do. I think crafting is one of the best things to do to decompress from the whole week or when you just need a little bit of self-love. I always make a mess when crafting but the satisfaction of the final product is enough to get me through cleaning it all up afterward. Made a full stationery booklet with a notepad, folder pockets, an accordion folder, bookmarks, sticky notes and a journal slide in to put a thin journal. I know it seems like a bit much but it truly isn’t difficult to make.

My Bullet Journal Essentials

When one gets into bullet journaling trying out a bunch of stationery becomes part of the process of developing the perfect bullet journaling system for you. In this post, I will be mentioning my day to day bullet journal essentials. As you can see in the picture, I have a Frozen binder pencil bag I got for like a dollar and I find that it works well enough to carry all my supplies.

As you may know by now my theme for February is self-care and love. I already did a post on how to create a comfort and positivity box and now, I will be downsizing my comfort kit more carry on friendly so that you have something to reach throughout the day. Valentine’s Day is right around the corner and one of the things that I love the most about Valentine’s Day is creating little gift bags for my friends. I get excited for two reasons, one; I go ahead and give my friend a bit of extra love with the gifts and two; I make personalized gifts for each of them and get excited thinking about how am I going to personalize each gift. This post is for anyone out there who also loves gift giving and crafting on a budget. As you may know, I’m currently on a no-spend challenge that only excludes gifts and books. Though, throughout the year I try to save up money and making the gifts myself not only for the sake of saving up but also because I get more creative freedom and love to personalize each gift to each friend. That's why I'm making this DIY Valentine's Day Gift Ideas for everyone out there who wants to do the same. DIY Comfort and Positivity Box

Sometimes, when things get a bit out of control or just when we need an outlet for our emotions, it is convenient to have something to reach for when we don’t know what to do and bring comfort to our lives and remind ourselves everything beautiful that there is and set that ray of sunshine in our day. That’s why I made myself a comfort and positivity box that I wish to share with all of you. For the ones who don’t know what a comfort box is let me give you a little description. A comfort box is a box, bag or container of sorts in which you put a selection of things that bring you comfort and guidance for when you are not feeling your best emotionally.

New Decade Goals Journal/ Folio

With a new decade coming along with this year, I figured it was only fitting to do some planning and goal setting about it. For that reason, I decided to create a goal journal/ folio to jot down my goals for not only this year but goals to be accomplished in this decade. I did not only made the folio but also jotted down ideas for how you could fill it and different ways you can establish your goals for this decade in it.
