November is already here and we’re less than two months away from the new year which is both insane and exciting. As we’re nearing the end of this year, I thought it would be fitting to track a bunch of information so that I can set goals for the new year according to the stats I get from the logs and trackers. Here is my November 2021 Bullet Journal Setup.
For this month, the supplies used were minimal with the Pentel RSVP Fine Black Pen and Crayola Coloring Pencils, no rulers no stencils since I’ve been really enjoying the time I save by only using the 4mm graph template behind the pages I’m working on.
Still, if you would like to see my favorite bullet journaling supplies you can check out this post or go directly to my bullet journal essentials kit to check the products by themselves.
Monthly Log & Goals
Throughout the year, this spread has kept up mostly the same with little changes here and there.
The log will be used to jot down birthdays, holidays, and appointments while I use a Notion to write down due dates.
If you would like to see my full Notion Tour, make sure to click here for the video, and this other video to see my school setup in Notion since it’s on a different page.
On the right side of that page, I have 2 boxes to write down my main goals for the month, one for personal goals and the other for creative goals.
NaNoWriMo Milestones Rewards
This month, I will be working on NaNoWriMo which stands for National Novel Writing Month and it consists of challenging writers to write a 50,000-word novel in November.
I’ll be setting up a page in Notion to track my writing projects progress but I still wanted to have a page in my bullet journal to have a tracking overview of the rewards I plan to give myself as I complete each week’s milestone.
Habit & Tasks Logs & Trackers
This is my main tracking and logging page and the one that I’ve been using for most of this year.
The graph tracker on the left is a personal habits tracker while the dotted graphs are for task logging repetitive tasks.
The first one is for creative tasks like writing and editing with a little table on the right to write down my word count each day this month, and the last one is for uni’s repetitive tasks.
The way I’ll be using these dotted graphs is by making a circle on the designated days I plan to complete them and checking them off when I do so.
Lastly, on the right sidebar, there’s my usual gratitude log.
Well-Being Log
I got the idea of setting this tracker from Beatrice from The Bliss Bean since she created a podcast episode and YouTube video about the benefits of knowing the stages you’re going through as a person who menstruates and setting productivity goals according to your monthly seasons.
She gave a list of prompts to track physical symptoms, feelings, and mental health and identify needs. Aside from using those prompts, I also added a section to track the number of meals and/ or snacks I eat throughout the days and months overall.
Sleep Log
I don’t have the best sleeping schedule which means I don’t really have a sleeping schedule so my doctor recommended me to track my sleeping hours to see if there are any patterns which is what this spread is for.
It has the 24 hours of the day so that I can log in any naps if there are any and a little table on the right to write down the number of hours I slept within that day’s 24 hours.
Apple Watch Stats
Since I already have so many stats in my bullet journal, I thought it was only fitting that I add the stats I get from my Apple Watch with these 3 tables.
November Overview
I really enjoy keeping up with the entertainment industry and tracking stuff (obviously) so I made this Monthly
Overview page that I’ve been using the past 2 months and it has different categories for me to fill in as the month passes.
Books, Movies, TV Shows, New Finds, Podcasts, & Highlights.
This will save me a lot of time when doing my monthly reviews so I’ve been really enjoying this page.
This is it for my November 2021 Bullet Journal Setup. I hope you liked this post and found it helpful.
QOTD: Is it ever too early to celebrate Christmas?
